Oracle patches six high-severity flaws in Oracle Capacity for E-Business Suite. All six affect versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 and require a low-privileged login. Oracle as the CNA scores them 7.5 to 8.8.

Oracle has patched six vulnerabilities in Oracle Capacity, a product in Oracle E-Business Suite, in its October 2026 Critical Patch Update.
Two vulnerabilities permit unauthorized access to critical data. The remaining two can result in full takeover of Oracle Capacity.
Six CVEs affect versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15. The flaws are CVE-2026-101387, CVE-2026-101398, CVE-2026-101540, CVE-2026-101541, CVE-2026-101542 and CVE-2026-101543. All six sit in the Internal Operations component and can be exploited over the network via HTTP, and all six require a low-privileged login.

Oracle rates all six high severity. Oracle as the CNA scores CVE-2026-101542 at 8.8 under CVSS 3.1, CVE-2026-101540 and CVE-2026-101541 at 7.7, CVE-2026-101387 and CVE-2026-101398 at 7.6, and CVE-2026-101543 at 7.5. NVD has not added its own scores.

The six flaws split three ways. Two vulnerabilities can result in takeover of Oracle Capacity, two allow unauthorized access to critical data, and the remaining two can expose critical data and allow limited changes and partial denial of service. CVE-2026-101542 and CVE-2026-101543 are the takeover flaws, though CVE-2026-101543 is harder to exploit. CVE-2026-101540 and CVE-2026-101541 carry a scope change, meaning attacks may significantly impact other products. CVE-2026-101387 and CVE-2026-101398 are the remaining two.
